Edward G. Medeiros, CEO

Founding principal of East Commerce Solutions in 1994, Edward is an entrepreneur with extensive experience in finance, lending, and mortgage banking. Actively involved in the community, church, business organizations and currently serving on community boards including Children’s Wishes of Rhode Island and Amos House along with other organizations that address children’s issues, food insecurity and poverty. Edward was elected as a Board Member of Elavon's MSP Channel Advisory Committee since 2007.
Lisa Medeiros, President

Lisa Medeiros was elected President in 1997. Lisa is responsible for Bank Channel and Affiliate Programs and Sales, Marketing and General Services. She is actively involved in community organizations.
Joseph A. Santoro, Chief Operations Officer
Ext. 258
Joseph Santoro joined as Executive Vice President of Sales in 1999 and elected to the Board of Directors in 2001. In 2009, he assumed the responsibility of Chief Operations Officer overseeing operations and emerging markets for growth and expansion
