When applying for a merchant account, ordering or registering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your: name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number, credit card information or socialsecurity number. You may, however, visit our site anonymously.

We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential.
After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) will not be stored on our servers.

California Online Privacy Protection Act Compliance:

Childrens Online Privacy Protection Act Compliance:
We are in compliance with the requirements of COPPA (Childrens' Online Privacy Protection Act), we do not collect any information from anyone under 18 years of age. Our website, products and services are all directed to people who are at least 18 years old or older.
We are in full compliance and follow all rules and regulations related to Massachusetts General Law Chapter 93H and regulations 201 CMR 17.00.
Shipping and Terminal/Equipment Returns Policy
- All equipment purchased from East Commerce Solutions Inc comes under manufacturer warranty.
- All refurbished products are clearly marked as such and come with manufacturers warranties.
Sales, Refund & Return Policies
- East Commerce Solutions will handle replacement and warranty work for the first thirty days after purchase.
- Since the prices we offer our customers are often lower than the wholesale market and what our competition offers, East Commerce Solutions has a mandatory policy of only selling equipment and software to our active merchants. We reserve the right to refuse sales to customers who do not have a merchant account with us and to any resellers or 3rd party's.
- After thirty days, we will help our merchants' contact the manufacturer for service on all warranties.
- New/Unopened equipment may be returned, at the merchants expense, within the first thirty (30) days of purchase. (A restocking fee of up to 25% of the purchase price may be applied to the return.)
- Software and used equipment sold by East Commerce Solutions cannot be returned for a refund.
All products are shipped via UPS using ground unless other wise requested by the merchant for expedited delivery for which the merchant is responsible for increased shipping fees.
