Edward G. Medeiros, CEO
Founding principal of East Commerce Solutions in 1994, Edward is an entrepreneur with extensive experience in finance, lending, and mortgage banking. Actively involved in the community, church, business organizations and currently serving on community boards including Children’s Wishes of Rhode Island and Amos House along with other organizations that address children’s issues, food insecurity and poverty. Edward was elected as a Board Member of Elavon's MSP Channel Advisory Committee since 2007.

Stephen M. Lima, CFO
Stephen Lima is Chief Financial Officer of East Commerce Solutions and responsible for all financial and strategic planning functions. With over 35 years experience in financial management of various privately held companies and public accounting firms. Stephen joined East Commerce Solutions in 2000 and was elected to the Board of Directors in 2001. Stephen holds numerous degrees including CPA and Masters of Taxation. Extensive community involvement through board member participation for charitable organizations.

Lisa Medeiros, President
Lisa Medeiros was elected President in 1995.  Lisa is responsible for Bank Channel and Affiliate Programs and Sales, Marketing and General Services. Actively involved in community organizations including board member Boys and Girls Club of East Providence.

Joseph A. Santoro, Chief Operations Officer
Joseph Santoro joined as Executive Vice President of Sales in 1999 and elected to the Board of Directors in 2001. In 2009, he assumed the responsibility of Chief Operations Officer overseeing operations and emerging markets for growth and expansion.
